  Welcome to
the floral design web site of Susie Edwards. From my base in Dorset UK I
travel the globe teaching and demonstrating my floral art. If you are organising
a wedding, a corporate event, or a
party a floral design from me can give your event
that extra special pizzazz!
If you want to do your own thing, I have containers and pedestals for hire.
Designing with cut flowers and foliage occupies
virtually all my life so whether it is the wondrous or the weird in a classical
or contemporary floral style, you have come to the right place.
Following an apprenticeship under Constance Spry, I started my floral design business and since then it has taken me all
over the world from USA to Lebanon, South Africa to Japan, doing all things floral from the wedding
to
the corporate event. I created the floral designs for the opening of the Channel
Tunnel by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. I am a member of the Garden Writers
Guild and write regularly on floral art and
floral design for the media.
The miracle of nature
provides me with an amazingly abundant source of inspiration and I endeavour to
create original and innovative floral designs that fit comfortably into the venue and
ambiance of the occasion. Customising my floral designs to individual tastes and ideas is
an important part of my work ethic.
